The keys to happiness seem to be as impossible to find as a teenager without a cell phone.
This is due to a misconception that happiness depends on a change of circumstances like a new job or a better relationship. Sometimes we feel like we have to find happiness in someone or something else.

a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment.
This is what everyone wants but few realize that happiness comes from within. It cannot be found anywhere else but in yourself.
You have to accept that you are the first and most important key to being happy. You have to choose to be happy no matter the circumstances.

1. Start a Morning Routine
One of the best keys to happiness is to start the day with a great morning routine.

An important key to real happiness is to take care of your health.
