HOPE – a four-letter word that’s as powerful as a knockout punch from Muhamed Ali. But, hope is also tender enough to anchor your soul.
“Never lose hope. Everything will work out.” How often have you heard these words?
But they are so true. Hope wraps you in a tender embrace when you are trapped in the harsh storms of life.
Maybe you have just been diagnosed with an incurable illness, or you’ve just lost your job or your life partner has passed away.
Whatever your personal challenge may be, it is hope that jumps to your rescue.
it gives you the courage to go on. It prevents you from quitting.
Ever wondered what life would be like if there was no such thing as hope?
It would be a void where nothing would flourish at all.

Symbols of Hope
Everyone knows that a red rose is a symbol of love. But did you know that there are also symbols of hope?
The swallow is a common symbol of hope. Mainly, because it is the first bird to appear at the end of winter and before the spring. So, the swallow is synonymous with the hope of a new beginning.

How to be Hopeful in Bleak Times
1. Seek solace in the belief that everything happens for a reason.
2. Accept that the difficulty is momentary.
3. Know that you are not the only one facing a challenge that you think will destroy you.
4. Distract yourself with a new hobby like flying a kite or hiking.
5. Start a calming self-care routine of meditation and yoga to help you deal with crises better.
